House Administrator
House Administrator Beth Terry runs the day-to-day operations of the Lowell House Office. These duties include supporting the Faculty and Resident Deans, overseeing student and tutor housing assignments, the House budget, Lowell annual calendar, commencement, and reservations. Beth liaises with other administrative branches of the university including various College Offices, Dining Services, Facilities, Financial Services, Alumni Services, Campus Services, and other deans’ offices.
IMPORTANT SPRING AND SUMMER HOUSING DATES:
Fall term housing reservation cancellation deadline, May 16th at 11:59pm (via the Housing Forms Portal)
Sophomore and Junior Move-Out, May 17 by noon
Graduating Senior Move-Out, May 29 by 2pm
Sophomore Move-In, August 27
House Opens for all students, August 29

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Students may only host non-Harvard guests with the express permission of your resident tutor or House Office and not for longer than 3 nights. If you have roommates, they must be consulted. Campus visitors must follow all University policies while on campus including being vaccinated and boosted, and they must register with the Lowell Building Manager’s Office when they arrive.
