Building Manager
Building Manager Elson Callejas is responsible for the custodial staff, maintenance of all House spaces, check-in and check-out of residents, all keys and swipe access, mail, packages and security. He works closely with the Office of Physical Resources on all aspects of building management and is considered an essential worker. He coordinates any emergency response and planning as well as permitting and licensing with the city. Elson also serves as Area Manager of Quincy and Adams Houses, and meets monthly with all the other Building Managers and members of the ORP team. To reach Elson call 617-495-2282. Building Manager’s Office

Move-in Information: Some room supplies (e.g. bags for trash cans, poster gum, antigen tests) are available in the Building Manager’s Office. Signs-ups for many House facilities are handled in the Building Manager’s Office. This is also place to go for keys to any House rooms. It is also where all packages are delivered and held for pickup.

The Building Manager's Office is customarily staffed during the following times:
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM
Saturday & Sunday: an overnight guard is on duty in the office from 4:00PM - 8:00AM.
