Dining Hall Management

Lowell/Winthrop Dining Hall Manager Austin Price (617) 496-1147 austin_price@harvard.edu, oversees all Dining Hall staff, services and kitchen including special events in the House. 

Chef de Cuisine Sam Wdow (617) 495-4937, samuel_wdow@harvard.edu oversees Dining Hall food preparation, supplies, menus, and chef/grill staff.  He is in charge of all culinary operations, food safety, and allergy management. 

Austin and Sam report to Harvard University Dining Services leadership and meet regularly with their management regarding all community issues. Please feel free to be in touch with them if you have any concerns about Dining Hall food or service.
