Dining Hall Manager

Dining Hall Manager Austin Price (617-496-1147, austin_price@harvard.edu) oversees all Dining Hall staff, services and kitchen including special events in the House. 

Chef de Cuisine Louis Maurer (617-495-4937, louis_maurer@harvard.edu) oversees Dining Hall food preparation, supplies, menus, and chef staff.  He is in charge of all culinary operations, food safety, and allergy management. 

Austin and Lou report to Harvard University Dining Services leadership and meet regularly with their management regarding all community issues.
