Dining Hall Manager

Dining Hall Manager Austin Price (617) 496-1147, austin_price@harvard.edu oversees all Dining Hall staff, services and kitchen including special events in the House. 

Chef de Cuisine Louis Maurer (617) 495-4937, louis_maurer@harvard.edu oversees Dining Hall food preparation, supplies, menus, and chef staff.  He is in charge of all culinary operations, food safety, and allergy management. 

Austin and Lou report to Harvard University Dining Services leadership and meet regularly with their management regarding all community issues. Please feel free to be in touch with Austin and Lou if you have any concerns about Dining Hall food or service.
