How to upload documentation into the HUHS portal

Go to the HUHS patient portal, log in with your Harvard Key information.

Click on the Medical Clearances tab

You will see the list of required immunizations.

DIRECTLY BELOW THE HEPATITIS B tab

Click on the green update button for the IMMUNIZATION RECORDS tab

Click on the additional upload button, and upload the documentation.

That's how you get uploaded documentation into the system. There is ONE MORE STEP, however, that will expidite matters.

If it is flu vaccination you're documenting, go back to that Items required for clearance page and click on the update button by the vaccination you just uploaded documentation for. In this case, I'm showing Influenza.

If you do not see the Influenza vaccine link, upload your vaccination documentation under the Immunization REcord or Immunization Record-MED section. That information will be entered ad verified in your medical record.

Now you click the Add Immunization button.

You will then get to add the date of the immunization (in this case, flu), as well as what kind of shot you got.

That's all the information I have about this procedure. The confusing part it that it seems that the "Immunization Record" is the only place one can upload documentation.
