Todd Rogers

Weatherhead Professor of Public Policy
Director of the Student Social Support R&D Lab

I’m a behavioral scientist and public policy professor at HKS. I use behavioral science insights and methods to understand important social challenges and to develop interventions to mitigate them. Specifically, I work on helping families support student success (e.g. increasing attendance, homework completion), and improving democracy (e.g., increasing election participation, openness to opposing views). I’ve co-founded two social enterprises: Analyst Institute (focused improving voter communication programs) and InClass Today (focused on helping districts reduce student absenteeism). My Ph.D. is jointly from Harvard's Psychology and HBS. My undergraduate degree is from Williams College, majoring in both Religion and Psychology.
