I am the Ralph J. Maffei Associate Professor of Business Administration in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School. I study how leaders and organizations think, decide, and act in highly uncertain contexts. I teach the MBA elective Making Difficult Decisions and a PhD seminar in Strategy Research Development. 

In 2005, I graduated from Harvard College, where I concentrated in Psychology and lived in Lowell House. In 2006, I graduated with an MSc from the London School of Economics, then worked in consulting. I received a doctorate in Strategy from Harvard Business School in 2014. I then worked as an Assistant Professor at the London Business School and at the University of Washington before returning to HBS in 2021. 

Originally from Croatia, I have lived across Europe and the US. I currently live in Belmont, MA, with my husband (a technologist), two daughters, and three (!) cats. I love reading, yoga (I practice Ashtanga yoga daily), and spending time in nature.
