Priyanka Sethy

I am a third year PhD candidate in the Government department and I study the politics of immigration and immigrant communites. Originally from Dehra Dun (a small town in the Indian Himalayas), I studied Political Science and English at UChicago for my undergraduate degree and followed that up with a Masters' in Public Administration at Columbia. Prior to starting graduate school I primarily worked as a management consultant - focusing on the public sector. In my free time, I like to read mystery novels, paint watercolors, and construct crosswords for newspapers.
