Melissa Ma

Hello fellow Lowellians! I lived in Lowell as an undergrad (Class of 1992) and am beyond excited to be reunited with the House. I live in San Francisco with my 8 year old daughter and 15 year old son, four cats and my 80 and 90 year old parents. After Harvard, I used my Economics and East Asian Studies concentration to work in investment banking and consulting in Asia before going to Harvard Business School (Class of 1996). There I met my future business partners and together we started Asia Alternatives, the largest Asia private equity fund-of-funds. We are also proud to be recognized as the largest female-owned private equity firm globally. Anyone interested in private equity, asset management, Asia or just want to have lively geopolitical/ economics debates, I would love to meet you.
