PhD Candidate in Economics

Hi Lowell! I am a doctoral student in the economics department with broad interests in public finance and development economics. Before grad school, I worked in academic research (at the University of Zurich) and international policy (at the OECD in Paris). I previously studied economics at the University of Mannheim and at the London School of Economics. I have spent a year as a volunteer in Ghana. I enjoy all kinds of sports, especially soccer and running. I'd be thrilled to talk about economics, grad school, research, international organizations, trips to Europe, soccer, or anything else that you think might be useful - please reach out!
