Isaac Hung
Welcome! I’m excited to be returning as a second-year Resident Pre-Careers and Fellowships Tutor at Lowell, here to support you on your Harvard journey. I’m currently pursuing the joint MD/MBA program—earning my MD at the UCI School of Medicine and my MBA at Harvard Business School, where I’m now in my second year.
Harvard has always felt like home to me as a proud Lowell House alumnus. I earned my degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB) with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy (GHHP). Since graduating, my path has taken me through three transformative years consulting at Bain & Company, where I discovered the dynamic intersection of business and healthcare—a passion that later led me to medical school. At UCI, I worked across the healthcare sector, from policy advocacy to research to digital health innovations, before returning to Harvard for the MBA to deepen my focus on transforming healthcare.
Outside of academics and career pursuits, I’ve been embracing new hobbies—most recently bouldering and rock climbing around Harvard Square, along with yoga to stay grounded. I also love traveling, and this past year I was fortunate to visit some incredible cities, with highlights including Denver, Cape Town, Rio, and Lima. If you’d like travel recommendations (or have some to share!), let’s chat.
I’m here to help you explore your potential, discover opportunities, and talk through anything on your mind. Don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m thrilled to continue this journey with you at Lowell!
