Hasit Shah

I am a British journalist and writer, currently working on a book about Prince. I was a Nieman-Berkman Fellow in Journalism Innovation here at Harvard, followed by research positions at the university's Berkman Klein Centre for Internet and Society, and Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute. I was a journalist with BBC News for more than a decade, based in New Delhi, Brussels and my hometown, London, as well as covering major stories across the rest of the world. Despite my advancing years and declining athleticism, I swim, practice taekwondo and yoga, and play soccer (always proudly wearing a Liverpool Football Club jersey.)
