Greetings, Lowell! I’m currently a Senior Associate at Isaacson, Miller, an executive search consulting firm specializing in recruiting leaders for mission-driven organizations in the civic sector. My career in higher education has spanned over 30 years, as a senior administrator, lecturer, admissions and student services professional, international educator, and advisor. I served at the Harvard Graduate School of Education for more than 20 years as an admissions director and manager in the School’s professional education programs, while earning my doctorate in education. I also bring extensive international experience and a passion for global education, having worked and taught in universities in Europe and Latin America. As a faculty member, I’ve taught graduate courses in leadership and organizational behavior, and each spring travel to the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France to teach as a visiting lecturer.
