Hey Lowellians! I’m a 6th year Lowell tutor and a proud Lowell alum! As an undergrad, I studied neurobiology and VES (now AFVS), did scientific research, and produced theatrical shows. After college, I started directly into the Harvard PhD program in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Harvard Medical School. My PhD research focused on immuno-oncology using zebrafish to study melanoma, and I graduated this past May! I live in E231 with my 4-year-old pup Walter (Wally) who is always looking for students to walk him or cuddle him! At Lowell, I'm the chair of the Lowell Speeches committee and an Arts tutor. I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago. When not in lab, I love to bake, bike, run, play electric bass, do yoga, hike with Wally, make art (of all kinds!), and explore dessert spots around Boston. If you want to talk about art, movies/TV, food, music, science, research, dogs, athletics, or anything else, reach out any time!
