Fiery Cushman

Professor of Psychology

I study how people make decisions, especially moral decisions. In my lab we study this mainly by conducting experiments on human behavior, and also sometimes by using neuroscience or computational methods. I was an undergraduate at Harvard, majoring in Biology and living in Pforzheimer House. I was also a graduate student at Harvard in the psychology department, and spent six years as a resident tutor in Cabot House. During my undergraduate years I was very involved in Harvard Model Congress, and remain the faculty advisor for it today.
