Hello Lowellians! I’m Chance, originally from Minnesota and now a PhD candidate in the Committee on the Study of Religion. I’m currently writing a dissertation on the intersection of Roman slavery and early Christian thought. Elsewhere at Harvard, I TF at the Divinity School, Gen Ed program, and History department, as well as work at the Harvard Art Museums on the ancient Mediterranean exhibits. I’m here to talk all things history, languages, religions, museums, publishing houses, cats, and the humanities broadly. Outside of work, I sing in local choirs, cross stitch, attempt to relearn the clarinet, and watch bad TV. I live and work with my partner Anca and our two cats, Sophia and Lilith.
