Hi Lowell House! I am so excited to be rejoining the Harvard community as a resident tutor. I am Harvard College alumna, though, I must admit I was in Kirkland…please don’t hold it against me! At Harvard, I studied social anthropology and archaeology and was an active member of the Harvard Crimson news staff in addition to managing the IM crew team at Kirkland. After Harvard, I had the opportunity to complete a Master’s degree in anthropology at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, where I was also involved in my college’s rowing program. Anyone sensing a theme? These days, I am a PhD student in the Department of Architecture at MIT where I study visual and material culture from the Middle East. At Lowell, I will be helping with Fellowships and IMs. As I love all things art and archaeology-related, I hope to also lead some trips to the great museums we have around us here in Cambridge/Boston. When I have some free time, I also enjoy yoga, cooking, and photography. See you around!
