Environmental Fellow, Harvard University Center for the Environment
Hi Lowellians! I’m Anna Lea, a former resident tutor. I’m currently an Environmental Fellow at the Harvard Center for the Environment, where I work on making rainfall predictions more reliable and on using weather and climate data to better understand cocoa production.
I did my undergrad and master’s here at Harvard, and then a PhD in climate physics at the Sorbonne in Paris. I’ve also worked in finance (at a French bank on climate risk) and with a climate insurance start-up (helping smallholder farmers build resilience to weather extremes).
Outside of research, I love figure skating, cycling, and exploring art museums and galleries. Can't wait to see you around!
