Alex Dyer
Hello, I am Alex Dyer. I am a medical student (M1) at Harvard Medical School in the Health, Sciences, and Technology program with MIT. I graduated from Harvard College (Lowell '24) with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering. As a Marshall Scholar, I received a Master of Philosophy in Health, Medicine, and Society and a Master of Science in Evidence-based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from Cambridge and Oxford, respectively. I am interested in preventing and reducing homelessness, especially among people with disabilities. My research has focused on how federal policies affect local outreach programs and how local best practices can receive better support from federal initiatives. Additionally, I aim to integrate my background from the semiconductor industry to improve the adaptability of medical devices. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and strategy games like Catan.
