Ada Fang

Hi Lowellians! I am excited to be a part of Lowell as one of your house tutors. I am in my third year of my PhD in Chemistry. My research is on AI/ML for chemistry and drug discovery. I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney. As an undecided undergraduate student I have dabbled in many careers from software engineering at Google, to high frequency trading at Optiver, and finally starting as a graduate at McKinsey as a data scientist consultant. Though soon after I decided I wanted to start a PhD! Outside of training ML models on my laptop I am running, biking, and exploring bakeries nearby. Looking forward to meeting you in Lowell!
