I am a Massachusetts native who grew up in the Fall River area on Mount Hope Bay. A clinically trained psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and a doctorate in Psychology and Religion from Harvard, I am also an ordained minister in the Episcopal church. I served as Faculty Dean of Lowell House, Associate Minister in the Memorial Church, taught in the Cambridge Hospital Department of Psychiatry, and was Director of the Erik H. & Joan M. Erikson Center. I love the sea, our cats, and enjoy life at our summer house in Swansea, MA.
