Dear Student,

The fall term begins in a few weeks! As an off-campus student, you may have questions and unique needs as you travel to campus for classes and activities. Updates and resources for off-campus students are available on the DSO website.

Before you come to campus for the first time:

  1. Review Harvard University Health Services expectations and protocols before you get here so you can plan a safe arrival for yourself and others. (International students should review the information provided by HUHS. You may reach out to the Office of International Education with questions or concerns about your arrival.)

  1. Take your first test. You need a negative result before participating in any in-person programming on campus.

  2. Review the community expectations related to COVID-19.

ID Pickup

First-Year Students: Pick up your Harvard University ID at the Weld Hall Key Tent between 8am and 4pm on August 25, 26, or 27. You must personally provide a government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license, state ID, military ID) to receive your ID card. You cannot send someone to do this on your behalf. Email firstyear@fas.harvard.edu if you can not pick up your ID on one of these days.
Visiting Undergraduate Students: You will receive instructions from the Program Manager, Chris Gilbert, in the coming days on when and how to pick up your Harvard ID. Email harvardvus@gmail.com with questions.
