Amelia Muller Office hours | mameliamuller@gmail.com
I am a Lowell alum, non-resident tutor, and graduate of both the College (AB ‘11, History of Art and Architecture) and the Graduate School of Design (MUP '20). My work focuses on the intersection of economic development and urban planning and design. I'm passionate about making Southern U.S. cities more just, equitable, economically vibrant, and urbanistically dynamic. My road to urban planning has been a winding one — through stints with Harvard College admissions, Google, and Blue State Digital — leading me to a new role with the City of Birmingham (AL). Ask me about: pivoting careers; working in tech, nonprofits, political campaigns, and local government; crafting personal statements; and applying for summer funding.

Arjumand Masood | Office hours | arjumand.masood@gmail.com
I completed my PhD in Applied Mathematics (focusing on Machine Learning) from SEAS and received my degree in Lowell courtyard (this was the first event at Lowell after renewal). I'm currently a non-resident tutor, and was previously living in residence (including stints in pre-renewal Lowell, swing housing and renewed Lowell!). I currently work as a Senior Data Scientist at the Boston Consulting Group. I'm  happy to chat about grad school, data-science and consulting. More broadly, I'm happy to connect about all things Lowell. Having worked closely with the SCR in the past, I can also provide tips for networking with the amazing folks in the SCR!

Please don't hesitate to reach out via email or setup time via my calendy. I look forward to chatting with many of you.
