My Lowell House adventure began in 1960, when I moved into an all-male enclave as the young bride of then Senior Tutor, Maurice Pechet, and it continues in new directions. Today, I surf ocean waves and the artist’s canvas with enormous excitement, taking risks, expanding my limits, and reaching beyond possibility. My life path includes devotion to teaching, the practice of and quest for calligraphic clues to history and society, and the development of my art along with the coaching of others. For me, adventure counts as much as accomplishment.
