PreCareers Tutor, Newsletter Editor
Hellowell! I am excited to start my second year as a resident tutor. I live in suite E-245 with my wife, Trisha Pasricha, and our Chow-Chow puppy, Cannoli. After a year of virtual meetings and activities during the pandemic, I am really looking forward to in-person House life in the vibrant Lowell community this Fall. A little bit about my background: I graduated from Harvard College in 2010 as an Engineering Sciences concentrator. After working at a renewable energy start-up in Boston for two years, I pursued a PhD in Fluid Dynamics at Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 2018. I then completed a master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Chicago and currently work as a Data Scientist at nference, a biotech start-up in based Cambridge developing a software platform on which biomedical and healthcare data can easily be accessed. I am originally from Mauritius, a small island in the Indian Ocean famous for once being the home of the now-extinct dodo bird. I love hiking, long-distance running, and soccer. At Lowell, I am the Pre-Careers resident tutor and newsletter editor. I am excited to meet and have fun, engaging dining hall conversations with all of you!
