Building Manager Elson Callejas is responsible for the custodial staff, maintenance of all House spaces, check-in and check-out of residents, all keys and swipe access, mail, packages and security. He works closely with the Office of Physical Resources on all aspects of building management and is considered an essential worker. He coordinates any emergency response and planning as well as permitting and licensing with the city. Elson also serves as Area Manager of Quincy and Adams Houses, and meets monthly with all the other Building Managers and members of the ORP team. To reach Elson call 617-495-2282. ABOUT MOVE IN 2023: Individual package deliveries will be coming directly to student rooms during opening weeks. This service ends on 9/26/23. After that date, it will revert back to email notifications to students to come and pick up their parcels in the BM office.
Move-in Information: Some room supplies (e.g. bags for trash cans, poster gum, antigen tests) are available in the Building Manager’s Office. Signs-ups for many House facilities are handled in the Building Manager’s Office. This is also place to go for keys to any House rooms. It is also where all packages are delivered and held for pickup.
