Building Manager’s OfficeThe Building Manager is Bob Sammonds, sammonds@fas.harvard.edu, 495-2282, and his office is located under the entrance archway (on your left hand side as you enter the house). The Building Manager oversees the maintenance of the House, including rooms, facilities and emergency situations. He coordinates the work of the custodial staff. Please let him know of any problems or difficulties you are having with the physical state of the rooms or facilities. You may use the online Non-emergency Work Request form to report problems, or contact Bob by phone, email, or in person. Some room supplies (e.g., toilet paper, bags for trash cans, poster gum) are available in the Building Manager’s Office. A vacuum cleaner may be borrowed to clean your room. Signs-ups for many House facilities (squash courts, etc.) are handled in the Building Manager’s Office, and that is where to go for keys to House rooms you have reserved.
