House Administrator

House Administrator Beth Terry runs the day-to-day operations of the Lowell House Office which comprises an assortment of duties. These include supporting the Faculty and Resident Deans, overseeing student and tutor housing assignments, House budget, yearly calendar, commencement and reservations. Beth liaises with other administrative branches of the university such as DSO, Dining Services, Facilities, Financial Services, Alumni Services, Campus Services, and other deans’ offices. 

2023 Winter Recess Move-Out deadline: December 21 at 5:00pm (all Lowell students should vacate their room unless pre-approved fror Winter I housing by the Dean of Students' office)

2024 Spring semester: Lowell House opens on January 12th at 9:00am. Any enrolled student can return to their room on this date, or on any subsequent dates.

Imoprtant date for anyone on Leave during spring 2024: The deadline to reserve Lowell housing for fall 2024 is February 5th, 2024! Anyone filing for housing after that date will be put on a space-available-only waitlist and not allowed to participate in the spring housing lottery.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Students may only host non-Harvard guests with the express permission of your resident tutor or House Office and not for longer than 3 nights. If you have roommates, they must be consulted. Campus visitors must follow all University policies while on campus including being vaccinated and boosted, and they must register with the Lowell Building Manager’s Office when they arrive.
